Steve Clayton and Tim Godfrey are releasing Commission Blueprint 2.0. That’s great news, knowing how good the original Commission Blueprint was. But there’s some common misconception. Commission Blueprint 2 will not be an update to it’s predecessor – it’s gonna be a completely new product about much more than just PPC.

Here’s what Commission Blueprint 2.0 is about. It consists of a huge video library, manuals and several tools. It’s divided into these 10 modules:

A welcome module

Keyword research. Everything you need to know about keyword research, case studies, tips and tricks, and the new Keyword Blueprint and Ad Spy tool.

Finding Offers. How to choose a winner and the Picking Offer Calculator.

How to build converting sites, including the Site Builder tools.

Affiliate sales and conversion strategies, including the landing page bonus, IP, double selling, riding trends and CPA conversion techniques.

SEO module – everything from the basics to the most advanced techniques that can get you ranked even under the most competitive keywords. Includes Article Blueprint tool, building PR farms, link building examples and case studies, link building plans.

Adwords module from basics to advanced techniques, using WordPress Direct, YouTube PPC, and the Hippo Jaw tracking tool.

Social media and article marketing with case studies, tips and tricks.

List building and email marketing tips & tricks, case studies.

The conclusion module

Every tool I mentioned is part of Commission Blueprint 2.0. I know those tools sell separately, so it’s quite exciting to see them there.

The whole outline looks really great – there’s nothing that it wouldn’t cover about affiliate marketing and looks like it will beat some quite popular IM courses out there. I know the style of teaching of these guys and I can honestly say they know how to teach. You literally just have to copy what they do on video, they give you real life examples that you can look up, and there’s no way on earth you can lose after following the material. That’s what I gather from the other two products that I’ve bought from Steve and Tim so far – Commission Blueprint and Niche Blueprint.

I can only recommend Commission Blueprint 2.0 based on my past experience with these guys. If you can find the money to invest in it, go for it, you can’t lose. I’m buying it the minute it’s released (in fact probably even earlier as I’m sure as a past customer I’ll get an early link).

OK 3 steps to get your Google Adwords setup and ready to start
advertising, creating an account, writing your first ad and
submitting your billing information.

The first thing you need to do is sign up and get yourself a
google adwords account. To do that head over to the Google and
at the bottom of the screen click on the ‘Advertising
Programmes’ link at the bottom.

Then:

• Click into the Adwords homepage

• Click ‘try now’ at the top right of the screen

• Select the standard edition (you need to have an active
website for the standard edition, if you don’t have an active
website you are not really at the stage to start experimenting
with Adwords!)

• On the next screen it will ask you if you have a Google
account, you could have one for gmail, Google Adsense, Google
Analytics etc, all of them will give you a Google account which
you can enter at this step. If you really click the button that
says you don’t have an account and it will ask for some details
to make one for you.

• If you have used an existing Google account you can then sign
in to your brand spanking new Google Adwords account, if you
have created a new account then you need to click the
verification link in the email they don’t have one or want a
fresh account associated with Google Adwords (it is a lot easier just
to have one account trust me!) then have just sent you to
confirm you are the owner of that email address, then you can
sign in.

Ok now create a test campaign so you can get going. When you
log in click on the ‘create my first campaign’ button and you
will be taken through the Google Adwords campaign setup process.

Just enter dummy information in, put in a dummy name, choose any
country, put in a fake ad (just fake not silly as if that makes
it to an editor you’ll be in their bad books!) and choose your
keyword as ‘123456789’ or similar so it will not actually show.

Once you have completed setting up your Adwords campaign it will show you
a summary screen where you can check everything is ok – then
click ‘continue to billing’ There you enter your billing
information, select your timezone and agree to the terms and
conditions, if you select direct debit payment you will have to
wait while that goes through the system, but the other options
mean you can start advertising straightaway.

Personally I use a credit card payment at the end of the month
for my Adwords account, but you also have the choice to do
prepay where you deposit money into your account for Adwords to
use, this will reduce any risks on your behalf as if you were to
accidentally leave an ad running that buildes up a huge bill then
with the credit card option you’d have to pay, if you used
prepay then the ad would just stop running after the money in
your account ran out.

Please note there is a $5 – $10 activation charge for your
account that they will charge you after setup.

The choice is yours, but just make sure after you setup your
billing that you go to the ‘campaign summary’ page listed at the
top of the screen and tick the checkbox next to your dummy
campaign and delete it! Otherwise you may get charged for the
advert showing up!

Now is the time to take action and get your Adwords campaign started with our
new home study course on three dvd’s show you how to
set up each stage step by step so you can do well with Google
Adwords.

Drop by our site and get your FREE 7 part course taken from my New e-book.

In October 2008 I decided to look into affiliate marketing that everyone was talking about. I’ve read a lot of free information on forums, blogs, watched many videos and gave it a spin on Adwords. I didn’t do well, made one sale but spent few times that to get it. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed and I was thinking to quit – it’s not for me, I thought.

But then in ClickBank I saw a product called Commission Blueprint, it had a big gravity (a ClickBank ranking term) which meant people are successfully selling it, so I tried to promote it too. I failed there too, but before I quit I thought I’d buy this product and see if there’s anything I’m missing that doesn’t allow me to make any profit.

I was very cautious and I literally was ready to get a refund any second. But something has changed after I saw the first video of Commission Blueprint. I don’t know if there’s something Steve said or the way he said it, I understood it’s gonna be a good video series.

And I was right. I’ve learned so much from these videos, I’ve had so many aha moments that it’s embarrassing how I didn’t know that before and what silly mistakes I made (to name one of the worst, I used to mix Search and Content Network in one campaign, d’oh!). I was pleasantly impressed with the knowledge provided and set my hopes high again. So there I was playing with my Adwords all over again.

This time I did much better, I didn’t make profit, but I didn’t lose too. I made some sales and they’ve pretty much covered my expenses. That was a good change and promising too, but… My budget isn’t limitless and I was running out of money. ClickBank takes way too long to send the checks and I’ve stumbled upon a problem that I haven’t thought about before.

At this point I’ve decided to go low budget and I also realized it’s not against Commission Blueprint. You see, by default Steve shows an example with $500 daily budget, and that’s a lot of money. But on the forums Steve confirmed himself that it’s not a must and you can run campaigns at $5/day if you want.

By the way, I’ve mentioned the Commission Blueprint forums. And you should really visit them and see what kind of community it is and look up the member Steven Clayton, who’s no-one else but Steve from the videos. Really, the support these guys provide is easily the best I have ever seen anywhere. If you have a problem or struggle with anything, you will find help there. The forums are public so you can see them even before buying.

To continue my story, I took it slow with a $20/day budget due to my financial situation and it made me extremely cautious and enforced me to pay extra attention to every detail. That is when I hit my biggest affiliate marketing success at that time. Mind you, it weren’t millions like many guys out there claim, my first successful campaign made me $20-40 a day consistently, and I spent on it just $5 a day (low traffic on these keywords didn’t even hit my $20 max budget). That’s about $750/month profit and for me that is quite significant money. It was in December.

It’s been 4 months since, and I’m still taking it slow, currently my campaigns are making me about $2,500/month and my daily spend is ~$15. I’m am by no means rich but these campaigns are running 100% on auto pilot and allow me to do other things such as SEO to eventually scale my campaigns.

So if you’re anywhere near the stage where I was back in November when I bought Commission Blueprint and you want to try affiliate marketing, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s the best program of this kind I’ve seen to date. And again, don’t take it from me, go to the CB forums and see what other members are doing.
