Having a Hard Time With all That Google Keyword Research?

Google keyword research is more crucial than ever before, as Google adwords is now the world’s #1 ad network.Google’s content network covers over eighty percent of the globe.

But with such a potential customer reach, the competition is intense and growing by the minute. Google is making a killing.More than $4b in 2007 from adwords. My estimate is that more marketers lost money than they actually made.

Lets look at the 6 main reasons that make PPC advertising so challenging:

Finding those right keywords
Discovering that winning combination
Writing good adverts
Proper PPC Ad Placement & Positioning
High converting landing pages
Testing & Tweaking

Finding the right keywords: it’s really only abou the keywords. If you dont have the right words that people are searching for then you won’t be getting any hits on your ads. Even worse than that is if you get clicks form people uninterested in what you have to offer.

It’s a catch 22 situation.

 

You want the clicks, but you dont want every click. That one click from the right person is what we are looking for. You really need to be careful that the keywords you use are the ones suited to searchers looking for your solutions.

However, finding those keywords is a difficult and time-consuming task. Worser still, it might not work out at all. There were keyword research tools out there, but many of them were confusing to use and sometimes just as time-consuming as doing the research manually. All that’s changed now with PPC Bully 2. Having spent all that time inresearch, now you will need to test them out. Wait! if you think you are done, you have a while to go. Having the right keywords is one thing, having them in the right order is way harder. It’s pretty similar to taking an exam and the right answer is 786.

If your answer is not 100% right , you’d be 100% wrong. There are no scores for getting it almost right. it’s essentially the same as ppc. People are searching for more than specific words. They are searching for specific words in a specific order & specific combination.

You need to be savy in order to attract the right customers. So you really need to carry on researching and testing so that you find out the most successful cmbinations.

If that’s not hard enough, there are other factors as well. That you need to find out what products your competition are promoting in combination with the landing pages and keywords & keyword combination that are making them a profit in order to make serious money.
